Renew Elec Training – Terms & Conditions Including 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period and Model Cancellation Form These terms apply to consumer bookings with Renew Elec Training. They include your 14‑day right to cancel for distance/off‑premises bookings and the requirements when a course starts within that period. 1. Who these terms apply to These terms apply when an individual (consumer) books a course with Renew Elec Training. Different terms apply to business (B2B) bookings. 2. Contract formation Your booking is accepted when we email confirmation. For distance/off‑premises bookings, the statutory cooling‑off rules in Clause 6 apply. 3. Course fees and payment Fees (and any taxes) are stated at checkout and on your confirmation. Payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed. 4. What we promise We will deliver the course with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time and in line with information we have provided. 5. Dates, venues and materials We may change venue, trainer or timetable for operational reasons. Materials are for personal study only. 6. Your 14‑day cooling‑off period You can cancel within 14 days of contract for any reason and receive a refund. If you ask us to start during that period and then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for services delivered. If the service is fully performed within 14 days after you asked us to start, you will lose the right to cancel. 7. Cancellations after the cooling‑off period Our goodwill policy applies: >14 days before start: refund less £50 admin; 7–14 days: 50% refund; under 7 days or after access to online content: no refund (statutory rights preserved). 8. Transfers and substitutions You may request a date transfer or name substitution up to 7 days before start, subject to availability and a reasonable admin fee. 9. Our right to reschedule or cancel We may reschedule or cancel for reasons such as low enrolment or trainer illness. We will offer a new date or full refund at your choice. 10. Learner responsibilities Meet prerequisites (e.g., ID, PPE), follow safety instructions and behave respectfully. 11. Liability Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. Otherwise, liability is limited to the fees paid for the course; statutory rights remain unaffected. 12. Starting during the cooling‑off period — express request If you want your course or access to online content to start within 14 days, you must expressly request this and acknowledge the consequences described in Clause 6. 13. Digital content (if applicable) If you request access to downloadable/streamed content within the cooling‑off period, you may lose the right to cancel once delivery begins. 14. Data protection We process personal data to manage your booking and deliver training, as set out in our Privacy Notice. 15. Complaints Please contact us first so we can put things right (repeat performance/price reduction where applicable). 16. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales. Model Cancellation Form (Consumer Contracts):
