FAQ
-
Which electrical course is right for me?
It depends on your current qualifications and experience. For example, the 18th Edition is essential for all electricians, while 2391-52 is aimed at those ready to move into testing and inspection. If you are new to the industry then the 2365 level 2 is the right place to start. If in doubt please do look at our contact page for how to start a conversation with one of our tutors.
-
Do I need previous experience to book onto a course?
If you are looking to start your career then our 2365 level 2 is ideal whereas if you are looking to complete the 2391-52 you will need previous experience and qualifications.
-
Are classes online or classroom-based?
We offer classroom-based hands on training in our centres. Some elements like the 18th edition can be booked for online. We also offer evening and weekend courses designed to work around your busy work schedule.
-
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes we offer flexible invoicing to allow for ease of payment. Please be aware that any non-payment will delay the receipt of your qualification.
-
How do I book onto a course?
You can book onto most courses through our website or over the phone, however the experienced worker assessment will need a skill-scan before we can reliably sign you up. This is done in person either at centre or on site with a requirement to see certificates and passed qualifications.
-
Do I need to bring anything with me?
It is advisable to bring course specific books with you alongside materials for taking notes. We will provide refreshments, course materials and any exam fees in the cost of your course. For the 2391-52 you are permitted to bring your own calibrated multi-functional tester.
