Missions & Objectives of Renew Elec Training

At Renew Elec Training our main objective can be summarised below as

“Empowering electricians through modern, supportive training that builds skills, wellbeing, and community.”

We aim to achieve this from the top down with our directors, Alex Tranter and Sam Lawler, both being gold card, time served electricians.

Our mission is to raise the standard of electrical training in the UK by providing a supportive and forward-thinking learning environment that equips electricians for every stage of their careers. We go beyond compliance, prioritising health, safety, and wellbeing, while championing initiatives such as the Armed Forces Covenant and partnerships addressing men’s mental health. As women in the industry, we strive to be strong role models, encouraging greater diversity and inclusion in construction. Through modern platforms like TikTok and other digital channels, we make high-quality education more accessible, helping to build a stronger, safer, and more connected community for the future of our industry.
